What we collect
GentleDraw Spa LLC may collect contact and account details; booking, deposit, payment, and transaction information; messages and waitlist submissions; device, cookie, and usage data; and marketing preferences. Health-related information should be provided only through a secure patient-intake or communication channel designated by GentleDraw Spa. Do not submit diagnoses, laboratory results, medication information, medical images, or other sensitive health information through the general waitlist, newsletter, or ordinary email.
How we use, share, and protect information
We use information to operate and improve the website; manage accounts, bookings, deposits, and payments; provide and coordinate services; communicate about appointments and requested information; maintain security; detect fraud, spam, and misuse; and comply with professional and legal obligations. We may share information with service providers supporting hosting, booking, payment, communications, analytics, security, and professional services; with healthcare professionals involved in permitted care, payment, or operations; or as required by law. Card information is processed by payment providers. We do not sell protected health information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing messages and may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about certain disclosures where applicable. The website is intended for adults and for parents or legal guardians arranging services for minors; we do not knowingly solicit information from children under 13 through general website forms.

Terms & Conditions
Website use and clinical scope
These Terms govern this website, online booking, accounts, and related services. Website content and general forms are not medical advice and are not monitored for emergencies. Call 911 or seek emergency care when needed. Booking does not guarantee that a procedure is appropriate or will be completed. Services remain subject to lawful scope of practice, medical oversight, assessment, informed consent, required orders or prescriptions, safety requirements, and the patient’s right to pause or stop. GentleDraw Spa does not guarantee painless care, a particular result, or universal suitability.
Bookings
In-office appointments require the flat deposit shown at checkout, credited toward the service balance. Current deposits are $60 for Standard and Prenatal GentleDraw™ Sessions, $85 for Pediatric GentleDraw™ Sessions, and $125 for Personalized IV Therapy. The $60 GentleDraw™ Consultation is paid in full at booking. Mobile services require payment in full at booking. In-office appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without forfeiting the deposit; mobile appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Accounts and intellectual property
Do not submit fraudulent or test bookings, impersonate another person, interfere with security, scrape protected content, or use forms for unsolicited advertising. GentleDraw™, GentleDraw™ Spa, the GentleDraw™ Method, logos, text, media, course and clinical-method materials, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners or licensors. Florida law governs these Terms except where controlling law applies.

Refund Policy
The flat deposit shown at checkout reserves an in-office appointment and is credited toward the service price. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before an in-office appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit applicable prepaid amounts, subject to law and any exception GentleDraw Spa grants in its reasonable discretion.
Mobile services require full payment at booking. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the prepaid fee. If GentleDraw Spa must change an appointment, we will first make reasonable efforts to offer a reasonable alternative and transfer prepaid amounts. If we cannot offer a reasonable alternative, prepaid amounts will be refunded.
Fees for services already provided are nonrefundable except where required by law. One-time Spa Pass purchases are nonrefundable after any included visit is redeemed. Essential Membership cancellations, early termination charges, renewal, and refunds are governed by the policy accepted at plan checkout.

Our responsibilities
GentleDraw Spa protects the privacy and security of applicable protected health information, provides this Notice, follows the Notice currently in effect, and provides breach notice when required. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Permitted uses and disclosures
We may use or disclose protected health information as permitted or required for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, care coordination, scheduling, billing, quality and safety activities, legal compliance, and through service providers required to protect it. Other legally permitted or required uses may apply.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may ask to inspect or receive a copy of your health information; request a correction; request confidential communications; request certain restrictions; receive an accounting of certain disclosures; obtain a paper copy of this Notice; and use a lawful personal representative.
Secure communications and complaints
Provide health information only through a secure channel designated by GentleDraw Spa. Do not submit health information through the general waitlist, newsletter, social media, or ordinary email.
