Simple terms, clearly presented.
Spa Passes are assigned to the named patient or household members identified at purchase and are valid for 12 months. One-time pass purchases are nonrefundable after an included visit is redeemed.
The GentleDraw Continuity Membership includes one prepaid Standard or Prenatal in-office blood-draw session during each billing cycle and $10 off additional eligible in-office blood-draw sessions for the named patient. The included monthly session expires at the next billing date and does not roll over. Because the $90 monthly payment prepays the included session, no separate deposit is collected when that session is redeemed; a late cancellation or no-show forfeits the monthly session. Applicable fixed deposits remain unchanged for additional services.
The IV Essential Membership provides one $90 credit during each billing cycle toward one eligible in-office IV service. The monthly credit expires at the next billing date, does not roll over, and has no cash value. The qualifying appointment must occur during the applicable billing cycle unless GentleDraw Spa reschedules it.
Both memberships begin with a six-month initial commitment and then renew month to month until canceled under the terms accepted at checkout. Benefits are limited to the named patient, remain subject to service availability and clinical eligibility, and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with Spa Pass pricing, packages, promotions, or other discounts. Required fixed booking deposits remain unchanged regardless of an incentive, membership benefit, or other eligible price adjustment.
